RAINMAKER WRITES

Well friends....since you are here, may be you know me. The single word that describes me is "LEO”. That happens to be my sun sign and reading Linda Goodman's "SUNSIGNS" would be a good start if you are looking for my user's guide manual.

Right now i am a part of MICA as student of design communications management.I have completed Masters in Management sciences (5yrs. integrated) at International Institute of Professional studies.Besides I am a curious cat and if I don't know anything that I should...I would pursue it even though it may be way off my own road.

I am most impressed by beauty, Logic, intelligence, someone's strong belief in something, knowledge, Innocence. If you want to put me off just go on blabbering about something silly, be repetitious, be illogical, and just keep on talking about something that's always within 5 miles radius from where you are standing. I promise I will tune you out of my mind, it will look that I am listening but I would have started on my own thread of thought.

Since this is MY page I can go on and on about myself and not look silly. So here is what I think on some of the things in life.

GIRLS: Some one has rightly said that a thing of beauty is joy for ever. So when I look at a girl who is really beautiful, I enjoy watching her. It’s just like a beautiful painting hanging on the wall and you gazing at it with the thought that what makes it so beautiful. Same thought goes on in my head, but with a difference that this painting is alive...and the artist is GOD himself. Joy in life comes from these small things. Also one must understand this thing that when you look at a rose its beautiful only when it is in the garden....the moment you plucks it, it starts withering. So watch the rose, enjoy its beauty but don't think of possessing it...because when it is in a garden it will give joy to many. But when you pluck it ...its selfish.

Life: Nothing but a game. The time period is undecided. The objective is to cover as much as you can. It’s a race against time. The objective that you have is your own. Mine is to know whatever can be known.

I go by few philosophies.

• Aim for the moon so that even if you miss you land up amongst stars.
• No one can have it all. And if you can't have it all then nobody will.
• Do good to others but don't expect that they will reciprocate. When I look at Jesus on the cross that's what comes to my mind.
• Be nice to people. There are a lot of people going the other way making themselves happy at the cost of other people's happiness. If you can bring a smile to people that doesn't hurt.
• Each person who is ahead of you has worked for it. When you work you will get it too. After all each one has had 24 hours in a day.
• Don’t waste time. Wasting time is when you don't gain anything. If you play you gain, you read you gain. But don't do an activity in which you don't gain.
• If you have been hurt don't be sore about it for the rest of your life because you haven't been killed. Bounce back and show them what you have got.
• Every person is good. The logic holds...because if a person is loved by even one single person he must be having something in him. After all we are loved by our father, mother.
• Its easy to reject and hard to accept somebody. You just have to look for the good part and that will overshadow bad part.
• Every one can't be good in everything. If you are good in studies doesn't mean that other one also has to.
• Don’t use the same scale to measure everybody. You are talking about people here and not sacks of rice. Look for it and you will find that special quality. Then try to imbibe it.
• What’s good for someone else doesn't mean that it’s good for you. Most people don't understand this. They also don't understand that in a relationship it doesn’t matter whether the person is perfect. What matters is whether you two are perfect for each other.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

My hobbies and interests are going to take a hell lot of a time to type and hell lot of a time for you to read. But won't leave without giving it a shot. I will just type in the words. Reading *.*(That means anything goes. And if you have been thinking "who is this rainmaker?” just go on and read Grisham's The Rainmaker.)Ghazals, urdupoetry, philosophy, psychology, marketing, advertising, Computers (I can't write codes...sob..:(...), trivia, history (western), religion, chess, puzzles, mindgames.....and what not.

The problem with me now a day is that I don't remember the titles any more. But sometimes test me!!

I love to hang around with people who are problem solvers, who are curios, who don't just accept things as they are but ask the question why? Who want to know, who want to move ahead and not just stuck in the same place.
