If some mistake happens while timing any cycle or you fail to click “Take time” on any element , that reading can be cleared by clicking on “Clear” button and the following message will be displayed
On clicking “Done” the result is displayed i.e. it shows the –
1) Standard time for each element
2) Total time of saleable, non-saleable and waste elements and total cycle time
3) The no. of readings ideally required for accuracy selected by the user.
Eg. N 5% => No. of observations for an accuracy of 5% at 95% confidence level
It automatically assigns normal rating (100%) and no allowances (0%) where no values have been entered in the rating and allowances columns.
Also if you want to do any corrections in element categories, rating factors or allowances it can easily be done by replacing old value with new one and clicking "Done" again. It automatically adjusts final result to corrected value.
With Timesoft the graphs or charts generally required for an easy and better analysis of the process are generated automatically. It includes –
i) Flow chart or Standard operation combination chart
ii) Pie chart
They may be selected from the menu bar at the top –
Flow chart or Standard operation combination chart shows the operation on a time scale.
Pie chart shows the percentage share of saleable, non-saleable and waste elements in the operation.
