CS
& President met with GM(Admn) and discussed

the issue of estimate sent by E.E.(Elec) in
connection with provision of Air conditioners in
Office Canteen. GM(Admn) immediately enquired from
DGM(Admn) and directed to take immediate action in
favour. DGM(Admn) has sent the file immediately to
EF Cell and in tern CS met with DGM(EF) who was kind
enough to signed the file for further n/a. We have
informed dev. to E.E.(Elec) too.
CS
met with GM(CA) and discussed the issue of (i) CPAP
medical instrument in r/o Com. R.K. Rustogi,AGM (ii)
payment of pending LTC bills etc. GM(CA)
informed that the CPAP case is under examination and
would be decided appropriately. In regard to
payment of pay up gradation arrear to AOs, medical
and LTC bills, cases would be taken up after
issuance of Form-16 probably after June.
CS
has addressed to GM(Pers) for considering local
officiating arrangement against vacant JTS posts in
r/o eligible senior AGMs working in Corporate
Office.
After talking to Ex. Engineer (Elec), CS has
addressed to GM(Adm) to consider to sanction the
estimate sent by Electrical Wing for providing AC to
the Canteen building.

CS has addressed to GM(Estt) & GM (EF) to consider
to settle all those pay anomaly cases similar to the already settled
cases of Com. R. Gupta, Sh. R. Sharma, etc.,

time to EF Cell for concurrence. As on date nearly
10 cases are
being sent to EF Cell from Estt. Cell.

CS has requested concerned officer of Pers.-II
Section to correct the wrong fixation of pay in r/o
Com. R. Sehgal, DM(Regl.) & Com. Shiv Rattan Verma,
DM(CMTS).
On receipt of suggestion from Senior most AGMs
working in BSNLCO to take up the DGM(L/A) case
against vacant posts, CS would address & meet
DIR.(HRD) & GM(Pers) shortly.
CS met with DGM(Pers.)
and requested him to arrange transfer of Com. P.P.
Narang, DM(Pers.-IV) to other Section. DGM(Pers) has
agreed.
CS spoken to the concerned officer of NTR Jallandhar
for early settlement of pending leave case of Com.
Suman Kaul.
CS spoken with Ex. Engr. (Elec.) for proving AC in
the Canteen Building & restoring faulty water
cooler. It is informed that Estimate is lying
pending in Admn. Cell. CS would be meeting GM(Admn)
shortly.
CS spoken with VO NTR and requested to send the VC
in r/o Sh. J. N. Jayol, SDE at the earliest to CVO
office. This is required in regard to deputation to
TCIL.
CS met with the concerned officer of L&A Section and
discussed the case of sanctioning of CPAP equipment
in r/o Com. R. K. Rustogi, AGM. It is expected that
necessary order may be issued tomorrow.

to the SDE(T) Cadre. Heartiest thanks to our
beloved General Secretary and his team for making
great effort to clear the entire 1993 JTO batch and
succeeding to promote a huge number (2041) JTOs in
one go.
Local Officiating order in the STS Gr.A Cadre is
issued in the late evening. Had CS not been ran from desk to desk, this would not have
possible today. We are very much thankful to Pers.-I Section in
particular to AM(Pers.-I) Smt. Sandhya Madam for extra
ordinary effort made in this regard.

CS spoken to DGM(NTR) Jallandhar yesterday and
requested to settle the pending leave case of Com.
Suman Kaul, JTO BSNLCO at the earliest. DGM(NTR)
Jallandhar has assured to settle it very soon.
Mandatory training for E1 to E2 in r/o Com. O. K. Kaul, DM & Com. B. Murthy, DM is arranged by Trg.
Cell at RTTC Lucknow w.e.f 8th June'2009. Office
Order is likely to be issued by Pers.-II Section
very soon.
CS personally enquired the STS Gr.A local officiating case file
somedays ago in O/o Dir.(HRD) and today took the
file hand in hand from GM(Pers) to DGM(Pers) and
made over same to AM(Pers.-I) for issue of formal
order copy. Order would be issued today itself as
told to CS.
JTO(T) to SDE(T) promotion order would be issued
today positively. There is every possibility to keep
the request of a few comrades of our Association
working in BSNLCO to post in their request circle on
promotion. In the event of same, CS would be highly
grateful to CHQ & GM(Pers.) & DGM(Pers.) for keeping
the request of CS in this regard.
CS met with DGM(Pers.) and requested him to consider
the transfer request of Smt. B. Chakraborty, JTO,
BSNLCO to CTD on promotion to SDE(T) cadre on
sympathetical ground.
CS met with DGM(IR) and requested him to send the
S/B & P/F of Com. Bagesh Kumar, DM at the earliest
to Pers.-II Section. DGM immediately instructed AGM
concerned for doing the needful.
Local officiating promotion order in the Cadre of
STS Gr.A is likely to be issued shortly.
Promotion order from JTO (T) to SDE (T) is likely to
be issued within a week.
APP-54 for ACR needs to be modified as per BSNLCO
