Introduction 

Vacation Bible School is one of the greatest opportunities we have to reach all people, especially children, during the summer months. It continues to be one of the most productive special events in terms of both finding prospects and leading them to the Lord.  Many of the Christian Leaders of today are the products of  VBS. They are the one’s whose lives were touched by God and who had committed their lives to the Lord during VBS.

God's love does not always keep us from trials, but it is a love that always keeps us through trials.

   Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in   heaven.  -    Matthew 5:16 

• Submit our vision of KUVBS  into our heavenly Father’s hands.

• Seek God’s guidance as we train up our children in God’s word.

• The degree of  commitment and responsibility  is high, pray that the Holy Spirit will strengthen and enable us to function in a consistent manner.

• Pray that God blesses us with divine wisdom and courage to meet various challenges.

•  Let us pray for the blessing and protection of God upon this nation.

In 1984, Mar Thoma and Church of South India (CSI) Parishes joined together and organized the Kuwait United Vacation Bible School.  On an average, 750 students and 60 teachers participate actively in the VBS. Our children accept the VBS with great enthusiasm and participated whole-heartedly in all its activities.  Over the years KUVBS was instrumental in bringing the children closer to Jesus and had led many to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

God warns that if children are not taught, future generations will cease to follow His Word  -  (Judges 2:10-11, Psalm 78:1-8)

Even so it is not the will of your Father, who is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish  - Mathew 18: 14
