Design of room air-cooler in corrosion-resistive materials

To prolong the life of cooler by using a combination of aluminium and plastics. The form is rectangular in elevation, and semi-circular in plan. Enhancing the cooling capacity of the cooler by increasing the surface area of cooling. Improvement in the aesthetics and functionality. Enhancing safety of the cooler by designing body in four interlocking parts. Provision of an additional water inlet to avoid the opening of panels of the cooler.

Design in Aluminium extrusions - Sliding door bolts and tower bolts.

Improvement of aesthetics and safety of the door bolts. No exposed screws on the surface of the door bolt. Simplification in the process of locking mechanism. Easy to fix the bolt to the door. Reduction in cost & time of production; and reduction in post-extrusion machining functions.

Design of Driver Reflexes Testing System

Total system design of the instrument so that it can be easily fitted in to the dash board of an Ambassador car. Design of user-interface & organisation of the control panel, internal organisation, ergonomics, portability and modularity of various units.

Based on the basic five elements of nature.

 


 

Design of hand held device - Cellular phone

Design of phone which is ergonomic, easy to hold and sleek in form. The form of phone easily fits in the palm and it can be operable by single hand. The curvy-linear form is based on Japanese design style.

Design of a visiting card holder

Based on Carbusier's modular structure theory.

 


 

Sculpture

Basic form made in clay, then mould made in plaster of paris.
Finally, hot wax poured in the hollow mould to get the final output.
