Helix and Real Player for Linux in Hindi The Helix
Player is a complete, free and open source media player, licensed
under your choice of three options: open source (RPSL),
commercial community source (RCSL), and the free software GNU
General Public License (GPL). Its 1.0.2.610 (Gold) version, now supports Hindi Language
besides other ten languages. It plays open media formats, like
Ogg Vorbis and Theora, H.261, H.263, GIF, JPEG, PNG, RealText and
SMIL. The RealPlayer
for Linux is built on top of the Helix Player for Linux and includes
support for several non-open source components including
RealAudio/RealVideo, MP3 etc. Both these player are Open Source
multi-media players and developed and supported by Helix Community. To
