ART OF LIVING

[The given below Articles are available in HINDI only ]

In the year 1981, I have participated in a program titled “ART OF LIVING”. This knowledge was imparted by a Philosopher Dr. CHITREY. I have kept the hand-written notes written in Hind at that time, safely even as on to-day. Through this Web-site, I am sharing those thoughts and methods with you. In the present age, the importance and usability of this art has become more.

To-day, the “TENSION” word is discussed more and more. Normally it is treated as negative and life-killing element. In reality, what is tension?

Tension is the level of anxiety, at which events and responsibilities goes beyond the capability of an individual.

When we use this tension positively, then it takes our capabilities to their infinite level and it makes us to do such works/deeds, which are thought to be impossible prior it. When we use this tension with negativity, then it takes our capabilities to their minimum level and we feel ourselves incapable of doing anything. “Art of Living” tells us "How to control this tension?" . By which, not only we increase our capabilities, but along with benefiting ourselves, we contribute to the betterment of the entire world.

By making the proverb “Take the good and throw the bad out of it” true, you may take, whatever you like out of this content and get yourself benefited. The “Art of Living” teaches us to become FREE. It makes us as WE instead of I. It teaches us to share our knowledge and experience with the entire world without any selfishness. In fact, this is what a Open Source Software Contributor does. Everyday, we use lots of such open source software made by such contributors.

With the same feeling, I have incorporated this content in my web-site. I hope that you will get benefited by it. At present, the complete content is available only in Hindi. In the end of this article, I am sharing some good thoughts on “How to live peaceful and calm life ?”, which were published in “Rajashthan Patrika”, a Daily Hindi Newspaper published in India.
